What we collect
If you submit the contact form we store the name, email address, company, selected service, message and the page you submitted from. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.
Where it goes
Submissions are written to a Cloudflare D1 database in the region Cloudflare assigns, and are copied into our Notion workspace, which we use as our CRM. We keep enquiries for as long as we may need them to service the relationship, and delete them on request.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Clarity records anonymised session replays of page interactions. Both are loaded through Google Tag Manager under Google Consent Mode v2.
Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked before anything is stored, and nothing analytics-related is set unless they accept. Elsewhere, analytics is enabled on arrival under legitimate interest and you can turn it off at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. We never enable advertising or personalisation storage without an explicit opt-in.
Hosting and logs
The site runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes request data (including IP address) to serve and secure the site.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@techtact.co and we will action it.
Cookies
We do not set cookies of our own. Any cookies present come from the analytics tools described above, subject to your consent choice.
